We strive to provide excellent service. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

First Month Money-Back Guarantee

Not satisfied with your first month? Get a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to monthly bookkeeping services only. Cleanup services are excluded.

Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly plans require 15 days notice by email to cancel. You will be billed for the current month.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Months already billed
  • Services already rendered

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Annual Subscription Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable.

When you purchase an annual plan, you are committing to 12 months of service. If you cancel before the year ends, you will not receive a refund for unused months.

We offer annual plans at a discounted rate (15% off monthly pricing) in exchange for this commitment.

Catch-Up and One-Time Services

Catch-up services and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Before starting catch-up work, we will provide a fixed quote. Once you approve the quote and we begin work, the fee is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Service failure on our part (e.g., we fail to deliver agreed-upon services)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Extraordinary circumstances

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge in question.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately and pursue collection of any amounts owed.

Please contact us first if you believe there is a billing error. We are happy to resolve issues directly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss billing concerns, contact us using the email address provided on our website. Include:

  • Your name and account information
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will respond within 5 business days.
